Hi, I'm Katie, and I am a Certified Life Coach, specializing in Wellness Coaching, and Youth, Parent, & Family Coaching. I'm also a School Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Teacher, with over 15 years of experience in public schools working with middle and high school students.
Through a gentle and caring approach, I use empathetic listening skills combined with clear, actionable strategies to help my teen and preteen clients learn to become more confident, cope more calmly with anxiety and stress, perform better in school, and manage their emotions with more ease.
